"I experienced good customer service when I purchase my item on 1/20. Tai was the associate that assisted me. However when I went to return the item on 1/21 the service was very, very poor to the point that another customer intervened The associate needed assistant from the manager (Amy) to help complete the transaction. Amy instead dismissed the concern. She was more interested in helping a couple that came into the store about 15mins. after me. Thats when the other customer noticed what was occurring and intervened. There really need to be a number protocol in place to alleviate any confusion as to whose next to be assisted. Customer service & managerial training is badly needed at this store."
