"I came to Omni physical therapy and wellness with very bad back pain. I met with Sam and he assured me that he would be able to treat me and I would be pain free. Sam worked his “magic” over several weeks and I am now totally pain free and Sam is extremely comfortable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
