"They have previously done a great, efficient job with watch maintenance, but sadly they ruined a wedding cufflink surprise from my fiance. It took 2 months of nonstop texts and calls for updates which never came until less than 1 month prior to my wedding. They finally got an image of the cufflink done and then asked for double their quote! Asking if they could come down at all, they didn't even offer $1 despite it all. Less than a month till my wedding I sadly won't have the surprise cufflinks. Very disappointing to anyone who wants custom cufflinks/jewelry."
