"The therapist wasn’t helpful for my son, didn’t follow through. Sometimes wouldn’t send the link for virtual meetings. Would punish my son for something I told him is a huge part of the problems with my son. Overall was absolutely no help. Even if it was the therapist fault for being late (no link sent) he would still abruptly end the call at the exact schedule time not a minute later no matter where my son was mentally. They are in a great location and it would be wonderful if they could revamp how they practiced and work with the clients."

"Save yourself the time and money. Don’t go there or work there. The counseling staff they have are top-notch but the front staff especially the office manager are rude. The management is abysmal and scatter-brained. If the directors of this facility realized the gem of a location they have and the incredible opportunity they have to directly impact the neighborhood that pays their bills they’d get bcfc into shape. But no. Greed always come first."
