"No one in front desk administration or management is competent in sending proper paperwork to doctors as told to by the prescribing doctor that gives them scripts. Therapy is great , but not if you need paperwork to be accurate, if given at all, to have consistent treatment. Their inability to file paperwork prevented me from receiving care."

"I broke my wrist recently and came to Heights Hand Therapy for treatment. I can't speak highly enough about this place. Eric is a superb therapist, smart, professional and friendly. He was thorough every step of the way. A great teacher too. The front desk workers are always warm and welcoming, both of them are great. I never got to work with the owner Pamela but I saw her work with her own patients and it was excellent to observe. Really can't speak highly enough of this whole crew. "This practice is incredible. I was treated by Eric and his intern Kendall- and sometimes Natasha, but I would trust any therapist working at this practice. They were knowledgeable, professional, kind and really lovely people. Eric made me several hand contraptions on site and upon my departure created a home treatment plan for me to continue on my own. Due to his dedicated and creative treatment, I can now play all of my instruments again! The office manager, Dahnae is the most pleasant and efficient office manager of a medical practice I have ever met in my life. She’s gentle and patient and ALWAYS helpful. The office itself is clean (covid safe) comfortable, and very peaceful. The therapists play music and work hard to make the environment a place of healing. I’m thrilled that I’ve recovered enough to stop therapy, but I will miss coming here every week to see these wonderful people. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you Heights Hand Therapy!!!"

"Highly recommended! I lucked out when I found Heights Hand Therapy. Very professional and knowledgeable staff helped me recover from a wrist injury. When I encountered a small problem with my insurance the staff helped resolve it and the therapy was fully covered. I was assigned to a therapist named Eric who was well trained and knowledgeable in what treatments I needed to regain strength and mobility. He's one of the best if you can request him. Now that I'm 98% better I no longer need treatment, but to be honest I will miss my weekly visits to their pleasant and professional treatment center."

"Love this place!!! I ended up going here because of thumb tendon repair on worker's comp. The staff here are so professional, skilled and warm. They relocated to a new office but it is still very well kept and calm, with nice soft music that is played to better help the mood of everyone there. Pamela, Eric, Sarah, Natasha, really all of their staff are talented and wonderful people. I have made great progress on my thumb according to my doctor and I give all the props to Heights Hand Therapy. Would highly recommend coming to this place if you are looking for highly qualified OT therapy."
