"My roommates and I have had an extremely rough move in experience. This is due to delays upon delays and paying for things we should have but don't have. It honestly feels like they just don't care anymore. After countless delays finally moved into a unfinished apartment with never ending problems. The only Saving Grace have been the maintenance staff notably Zach and Matt fixing the problems as soon as possible."

"Whole complex is in terrible shape. On move in day I had a leaky dishwasher, leaky washing machine, broken window, a disgusting bathroom, and an inch of dust on every surface including the entire floor. At the end of your lease expect to get charged for “cleaning fees” even if you leave your apartment in far better shape than it was on your move in day. Also, expect to wait a few days or more for anything to get fixed when it breaks (and trust me that will happen here) because there aren’t enough maintenance workers to keep up with the dozens of things falling apart everyday. The price to rent here is too high for what it is already but expect to get hit with randomly generated “utility overage” charges no matter how little electricity you used. My apartment had only me in it for almost a whole month and that was one of our highest overage charges out of the whole year. Makes sense. Terrible management, old faulty facilities, bogus charges, and a lack of care about all of it. Don’t rent here unless you want to get taken advantage of."

"So my name's Chris and I've been staying here for about 2 years now and I plan on staying for a few more years. For the price and the amenities that are included with it you can't beat that when everywhere else people have obscenely high prices and that's really important in today's economy. Most single bed-room units these days cost upwards to 800 USD while the prices here are a steal. The staff are also sweet and overall it's a pretty chill time."
