"My wife and I don't recommend this hotel at all. Room was ice cold when we got there. It took about 4 hours to finally get the temperature comfortable with a second heater. Towels in the bathroom were stained and looked worn out. Also had to deal with noises coming from dogs and people shouting at each other. Shopping carts hid in the back next to the dumpster. Smoke detector was missing battery. Sheets had cigarette burn holes and they were stained as well. We will not be staying there ever again."
"DO NOT STAY HERE. My boyfriend came to surprise me and I am a college student so I thought this was a good, pretty cheap hotel for us to stay for the night. We went to check in around 8 pm and there is no lobby, you have to stand outside and talk to a guy through a little window. When we first got there we went to the window and there were already two girls standing at the window talking to the man in the window & he yelled at them because she asked for her license back. It was our turn and the guy already was being rude. We told him my name so he could look up the room and apparently it was not there, according to him, then he did not say anything he just stared at us then looked down. After that I said, is my name there? and he shook his head no. I proceeded to say well can I get a refund and he said no we do not do refunds. My boyfriend said we’re either going to get a room, which I did not want to, get a refund or call the cops. The man answered “yes sir” and my boyfriend said “call the cops?” and we walked away and I told my boyfriend it was fine let me just call my mom. It was the WORST first experience of buying a hotel room that I had. Please do not buy a room here. It already looked bad when we got there and very, very sketchy."
"Room It had terrible however smelled like cigarettes sink would not drain and there was leftover food in the microwave. When I booked online I paid for a room that had two beds, when I arrived my room had a single queen. When I went downstairs to ask why not only was I greeted with rudeness and no one willing to listen , I was just constantly told no refunds. I didn’t care that the room had one bed and when they finally understood that they said that was all the had left.the drawers were missing in the room and there were burn holes in the lamps it was just not a good place to stay nor did I ever feel safe at anytime. And the fact that the owner constantly tells people they are sorry but does nothing to help make the place better if trash on its own. DO BETTER!"
"Really unfortunate experience. I expected a dinky motel for the price, I’m not too particular. All I ask is that a room is reasonably clean, safe, and functional. I booked a non-smoking room for 6 nights. The first room they checked me into had cigarette burn marks in the bedside table and the comforter. I asked for a different room and they kindly showed me a few options, all of which still smelled like smoke, and had stains and/or burns, crumbs on the bed. It was late and I didn’t have another option so I chose the least smelly room. I ended up bringing in some blankets from my car to sleep on to avoid the smell of the sheets. The deadbolt on the door did not work. The tv was large but had no picture, only audio. There was trash and crumbs on the floor, bathroom counter was sticky. There were multiple dead bugs. There was a small hole in the wall that lead directly outside. Sheets and towels were stained as well. All that being said, I was fine paying for the one night as I did chose to stay there, fair is fair. However, I did not feel comfortable staying there another night. I explained my concerns to the front desk and asked them to adjust their charge in my card from 6 nights to just the one and they refused. I’ll now have to dispute the charges with my bank which is annoying. Someone looking to rent a room for this cheap isn’t expecting a 5 or even 2 star experience but this was extremely disappointing. The staff was apologetic but unfortunately unhelpful. If I was only charged the one night, I wouldn’t have bothered writing a review but I feel the need to warn anyone in a similar situation to me, especially if you’re planning on booking more than one night."
"DO NOT waste your time even looking at this place online. It was awful. Came to Bristol for a weekend event and went to stay at this hotel. Checked in and left to go get food. Come back so we could sleep and started looking at the room. Bathroom light was hanging sideways, wires showing. Bathroom ceiling looked like someone fell from the top floor into the bathroom. Dresser drawers were dirty. Curtains were half there and half not. Tried saying they couldn’t give our money back until morning. But we got it back because I was not leaving my money with that place. You don’t even walk into a lobby to check in, it’s a window. Absolutely horrible experience and the housekeeper said they were trying to remodel. The place should be demolished instead. Cars were in the parking lots sitting on jacks. Would not trust leaving my car there either."
