"Stayed one night. Room was on third floor around the corner from the elevator. Overall quiet but could slightly hear the elevator going up and down. Comfortable bed. Your standard hotel breakfast."

"Decent hotel for bare bones travel. Clean. Sufficient. There is zero comfortable seating in the lobby if you need to meet or visit with someone. The hot tub was lukewarm with only one working jet (such a disappointment after long travel and this being the deciding factor for booking at this location)."

"In my 22-year career, I have always stayed at Holiday Inn Express because they are consistently clean and comfortable rooms. In my last 2 trips to the Johnson City area, I tried to save a few bucks and stayed at other motels. Never again. My experience at the other 2 motels was awful. It's so nice to be back in a clean, comfy room after a hard day's work. It makes being away from home a little bit easier."

"Great experience! Awesome staff, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast food. Indoor pool, jacuzzi hot tub with complimentary snacks, soft drinks, beer, and wine served in the lobby early evening was a wonderful way to relax. Great location immediately after Exit 17 on I-26 South. I highly recommend this hotel location!"

"This was a less than stellar holiday inn experience. My room was standard, the hotel didn’t have a lot of cars in the parking lot during my stay, but I couldn’t get a single king room for my stay. My toilet ran randomly in the middle of the night waking my up, but would correct itself somehow randomly as well. The omelettes and sausage were dry at breakfast, a 10 minutes after breakfast opened. My room key deactivated my 3rd day, and I was given the “a magnet will deactivate your key.” Speech, as a “diamond elite” I understand how the keys work. Coincidentally, my co workers keys deactivated at the same time which tells me it was something done on check in. I really wish I wouldn’t have to write a negative review on my preferred hotel chain, but it had to happen. It’s nothing major, but attitudes at the front desk could be a bit better and it would be nice to receive the same experience I get every holiday inn I go to."
