"I highly recommend to avoid renting at this place as the staff is NOT worth the struggle. On top of the rude attitude we got from them on several occasions while living there, the move out process has been awful. We were mailed a noticed that THEY OWED us $30.. they advised the check would be in the mail within 30 days. We then got an email from Courtney stating that WE had a $30 we owed them. I promptly sent emails to Courtney, along with the other staff emails and received ZERO responses. I email first on June 19th, letting them know this was wrong and emailed the letter THEY sent US, then again on July 27th to follow up as we got a notice from another company saying we had a balance due at the reserve. Again, NO response from anyone. I followed up yet AGAIN today (August 5th) and I’m hoping by leaving a review MAYBE someone will actually get back to us. So glad to be away from this property management."

"Please realize that this apartment complex “rewards” its tenants for reviews. This is the reason for the high ratings. It is against Google’s policies to do what they do to solicit biased reviews. The apartments are overpriced and rent increases each year. The management is dismissive of issues and after you sign your lease the friendly facade fades quickly. Plenty of other options that are superior."

"I've currently been at the reserve for near 3 weeks now and it's been absolutely phenomenal. Very accommodating staff and friendly neighbors. Staff seems to do a great job at making sure the people they lease to are good folks. The apartment is in a great part of town. Everything you need is just about 5 minutes out. They have a good selection of apartments to rent and mine is perfect for me. And move in was super easy. Lori Howell was the person that handled all my necessary paperwork and she did an amazing job making sure I was ready for a smooth move in day! Thank you so much, Lori!"

"I love living here and so does my puppy Charlie :) the staff are great — the pool is my favorite along with the kitchen in the apartment — I feel safe here— everyone is super friendly and bonus, dog friendly:) Going on year two of living here and couldn’t choose a better place!"
