"Was shopping in the mall today and we noticed a black and white cat named Roy. When we went up to the cage he was hissing over and over again. I looked at the condition of the cage and there are litter particles everywhere, the box is stuffed and needs to be changed and his water and food are extremely low. Also there is nothing for him to lay on it’s all wood. I tried to talk to the employee about which shelter the cat is from and I didn’t get an answer. When I asked him how does the adoption process go he said you just sign and go. To put all of this in a nutshell I don’t think this place should adopt animals out and I think this is animal abuse! I will keep complaining to other outlets and I hope something is done soon!"
