They never gave me any update emails on my order status and found out the product was on backorder. Turns out they cancelled my order all together without telling me and couldn't get the gift in time."

"Another disappointing experience with the Buffalo, NY store #73. Yesterday afternoon I had to wait at the register almost 10 minutes before getting cashed out because the associate was cutting rope or chain. When Marjorie finally arrived, she gave no apologies for my wait, and barely even acknowledged me. (I’ve dealt with her several times in the past and I don’t feel she’s a very good representation of this company in terms of her attitude and demeanor. This associate doesn’t even wear anything indicating that she works there!) And for the THIRD time in as many weeks, SALE prices were not displayed on the shelves. If there were another marine supply store in the area, I would rather shop elsewhere."
