"I debated on how to rate this stay. I really want to give it a 5,because it was a cute place and convenient. Unfortunately the state of cleanliness of the bedding was unacceptable. Dirty comforters with various soils/hair on them in both rooms but especially bad in master bedroom. Had we not had an in room washer and drier this would have been a much bigger issue, we still had to purchase our own detergent to clean them as it was. Having to wash your own bedding on arrival is not acceptable. Walls were paper thin but the people above us were quiet, however we could hear every footstep/water turned on/train passing. Again it was a cute place and they had nice touches like snacks and coffee available. If they fix the cleaning issue this place would have a 4 star review despite the thin walls. I did email the company and they responded nicely about agreeing this was not acceptable and talking with housekeeping."

"Condo was super cozy and perfect for our visit to campus. We were able to walk right across and visit with our son. We cooked him some home cooked meal and we enjoyed spending time in the large, open living room and kitchen."

"We rented this house in Bristol for a trip down the Virginia Creeper Trail in Damascus. The house was great. It suited our needs to a T. We had 5 adults and 4 children, aged 2-13. The house was clean, remodeled, well appointed with everything you would need for a stay. They even had coffee, and oil for cooking, sugar, spices, creamer, soap, plenty of towels washcloths. The beds were plentiful and comfortable and the large TV’s throughout the house were great. The kids enjoyed the soccer table and the arcade games. It isn’t a cabin, and the outside isn't pretty, but the inside was perfect. We came, not to sit in the house, but use it as a base for fun stuff. There is a nice deck on the back. There was no grill, but we didn’t mind that. It is close to restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely rent again for the area."
