"Stayed here got charged $250.00 incidental fee for smoking in my room. I never have and with my lung problems I couldn’t if I wanted to. Have stayed there many times and never a problem. I guess with new motel being built in parking lot they having to figure away to pay for renovations. I stay about 275 nights a year in a hotel I will never grace the doors of another IHG hotel. Hell with this"

"When we checked out and told them room number clerk and manager argued with us about the number. They said we were on 3rd floor and we were on 2nd. Manager grabbed key and told my husband "come on, I will show you!" He told her her knew where we were and she could see which room to send cleaner. She came back and told clerk third floor room door was stuck and couldn't open it and we were on 2nd floor and night clerk did not change on computer. She did not apologize or address us on her return. That was the second time we had stayed there and it was also the LAST TIME. We had a minor issue first time and decided to stay again because of easy on and off I-26. The only good thing this trip was the breakfast."

"A wonderful stay! I took my husband out of town for a surprise getaway and stopped here as a halfway point. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the hot breakfast was on point!! Miss Tammy, executive housekeeper, was beyond helpful and friendly. Definitely a keeper! And Mr. Larry works the breakfast and is one of the friendliest people you can meet! Having more people like these two would make the world a better place. I will definitely come back! A+ 5*****"

"I made a reservation for this hotel 4 days ago - got a confirmation number, confirmation email the whole bit. This morning I get another confirmation email with a link to do online check in. Now they call and tell me I should not have been able to book a room they are sold out and that my reservation is cancelled. Thanks for ruining this for me Holiday Inn - you SUCK!"

"Very friendly service, a comfy bed, and delicious breakfast! They also have a pool, which I did not have the chance to visit but I’m sure it’s good too. They provide full size dove products in the bathroom which I think is very nice as well :) This was a great simple place for a nights stay."
