"My husband booked our stay at Newberry Manor as a surprise for me when we attended a concert at the Newberry Opera House. The home is truly beautiful, meticulously and lovingly restored. We stayed in the Rose Catherine room, and very much enjoyed our welcome tour with Miss Fallon. Breakfast was indeed scrumptious and beautifully prepared and presented. Warren and Joy are marvelous hosts who are knowledgeable, kind, and very generous with their time and attention to ensure our comfort and safety. We absolutely recommend Newberry Manor when you are enjoying the delights of the Newberry area."

"I can’t say enough good things about Newberry Manor! My daughter and I stayed there while she was participating in Honors Orchestra at Newberry College. The location was incredibly convenient. The rooms were so warm and inviting. They even gave my daughter her own room complete with canopy calves and fairy lights - a young girls dream!! The food was absolutely delicious. Joy and Warren (the owners & innkeepers) were so sweet. I can’t wait to take my husband and son back to meet them and stay in this beautiful bed & breakfast!"

"Do not recommend staying in the heat of the summer as the upstairs where guests bedrooms are was stuffy and too hot to sleep comfortably. Too much clutter in bedrooms and all the dolls were a bit much for this guest. Hard to find space to put your stuff with all the chachki everywhere. Very dark rooms and with no overlap lighting it made the stay more challenging. Nice couple but not my favorite B&B."

"Beautiful bed and breakfast very close to Main Street and Newberry Opera House. We were warmly welcomed by Joy and Fallon, given the full tour and made to feel right at home! We stayed in the Rose Catherine room which is lovely! Breakfast was delicious. Loved every detail of these exquisite home."

"As I was traveling alone, I was so pleased to have hosts who went out of my way to feel like a friend rathe than just a guest. This is an historic home which was decorated in period furnishing. My room, The President (a Turret Room) was outstanding. It was tastefully decorated and comfortable and had lots of windows. No noise came into the room from outside. There were guests in the next bedroom and I didn't hear them either. I had a good night's sleep after attending a concert at the Newberry Opera House. Breakfast was fresh fruits which were all ope and sweet. There was coffee, juice, a home made pastry and, in addition, a quiche. What a way to start the day. I had such a good time that I plan on going back to another concert in the future and staying here again. Re price of the room--thought it was reasonable."
