"Initially, I rated this place 4 stars, but my experience soured when they charged my card for alleged damage without informing me or providing a reason. A heated argument ensued when I questioned the charge, and the owner claimed one of the rooms had a broken dresser, which was incorrect as it was already damaged. Beware of unexpected charges and potential issues with your room when booking here; don't be surprised if you're charged days after checking out."
"The room was nasty and the ceiling was falling in. We had roaches and bed bugs in the room. We had to call the police out just to get at least half of our money back. The people were very rude about the situation and said they didn't have bed bugs. Stay away from this place!!!"
"Me and my fianceé were in the room literally 10 mins and i was itching so we checked the bed no bugs to be seen. So i started wiping things down i wiped five things and the wash rag was almost completely black with dirt dust and grime. If u can avoid this place the lady tried to tell us that i lied about the rag 2 ppl watched me wipe stuff down. I tried to show her i didn't lie and she told us "get out". Worst experience will not go back."
"Checking in went pretty normal, although the woman working seemed unfriendly&she was already using just the night window at 5pm. Room was $55 + a $5 'key deposit.' Typical old hotel room. Kinda run down but roomy enough. Fridgeµwave, but no flat screen. I immediately unplugged the phone as I always do, or else my 1 year old tries to call people. The ice bucket was very dirty. I took a cup to get ice but no ice came out of it even after a couple minutes. There were maybe 5 other occupied rooms in the whole place, which I thought was odd, but it was quiet&the night went by smoothly. At 11am the next morning, I went to pay for another night since my husband was still working in town. The same woman came to the window (still only using night window) & said "I tried to call you 3 or 4 times and you didn't answer. You need to leave. You have 10 minutes." I was shocked&told her I unplugged the phone because of the baby. She again said that I needed to leave and then said something about "checking the room" & immediately goes upstairs and into the room. I wasn't worried about the room being "checked," I hadn't brought much inside. She went in, TOOK THE TOWELS (as if I was going to steal them or something), & again said I had 10 minutes to leave. So I packed and went over to the Super Inn."
