"My husband and I stayed here for 1 night while we were traveling. The location is convenient and there is a Waffle House next door, which was also convenient. Our room was clean and quiet. The bed appeared to be new and was very comfortable. The towels were nice and thick. Bathroom was clean; there was plenty of hot water. We had our 3 dogs with us and they were allowed to stay too for a reasonable fee. The young man at the front desk was polite and friendly, as was the lady there at checkout. My only criticism is that the room needed some cosmetic updating. A coat of paint and new carpeting would spruce it up some."

"I booked this place thru Priceline This place was a joke never again will I stay in such distress again Newberry need to do better with their hotels This place had roaches and when I complain they came to spray the room but I had to leave for hrs The manager told me I would get my money back and I never did. Then told me to go back to Priceline They sold my room to another couple. So at 2:33 in the morning I was awaken and scared someone seeming like they was trying to break into the room. When I got to the door that was a couple standing there with my room number written on their key card. Asking me why I was there. I had to call management they said they would give me my money back but I never did receive that. My last night there the fighting next door was so bad I actually thought that they were going to get to shooting. Check my things so fast and left. I didn't turn in the key or nothing Call Priceline the next day with my complaints they told me they had to check back with the hotel. I ended up getting only 10% of what I had spent there for the week back from Priceline I will never booked through Priceline again I will never stay at this hotel again And only recommend that it be close down"

"Toilet didn't flush coffee pot didn't work outlets didn't work the chair was definitely well loved and so was the breakfast tables the room is ok if ur driving for a while and are just there to sleep"

"The front staff was rude and could barely answer my questions. I got in a room and the TV was working but it had lines in it. The cleaning in the room was horrible. The tub was filty and the toilet smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I will never stay here again."

"Good little spot we stayed in room 109 and it was clean, didn’t smell bad & no bed bugs!!. The room was maintained & It was a good location. It has free breakfast but also a Waffle House next store. It felt comfortable unlike the quality Inn up the road!!!!! Don’t go to quality Inn!!"
