"The customer service is terrible! As a homeowner your property will not be managed and expect to be treated rudely with a suggestions of selling your rental property. Ms. Caroline was a terrible property manager as she was told with proof (pictures) that the tenant had dogs. She did an inspection and reported no signs of a dog. Then the tenant moves out within four months, and (new) carpet smells of urine with bite marks on the interior walls. Be prepared to pay multiple monies without any compensation for your property repairs. (states they put in judgments without any proof) Finally, I cannot emphasize the rude customer service as you're paying for their business. (unbelievable)"
