"Feels like home already and hasn’t been a month. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Best school district to meet our needs. Very friendly and reliable staffing as well!"
"The new management really failed. They charge different prices to everyone. If you are a former tenant, you probably have to pay the highest amount. You may probably see prices drop 1 day after renewing your lease. I saw for the first time in this apartment that the price difference between the new tenant and the old tenant was 20 percent more. Cameras not working.Pool unavailable.Stairwells are constantly dirty. No one checks the status of the parking lots.Garbage collection station constantly dirty."
"I was here a few months before the property was bought out and while it took them a while to get everything set up (as would anyone who just bought an entire apartment complex) it seems like everything has come together now, we just renewed our lease. I have no complaints. The community is typically pretty quiet and the quiet hours are 10pm-8am which I have never heard anyone disturb that during those hours. The grass is cut every week. Anytime we have needed something fixed (rarely) it was done in a timely manner. Olympus also has little internet competition things for the residents to earn gift cards and whatnot which is pretty cool. I recommend this place for sure."
"I basically spent most of the summer not being able to live in my unit. My son has asthma and other medical issues. For about 85 percent of the summer we had no air. I repeatedly called maintenance and the repeatedly tried to fix it. Finally late in July it was fixed. From 3-25 to 7-24 no air according to the maintenance requests I put in. I continued to pay rent even when my electricity bill skyrocketed to the point where I was struggling. Even when I couldn't stay there without my kid because he couldn't stay there with his various illnesses. This place was so disappointing after the change in management. They barely communicate. My first encounter with the staff was crazy rude for no reason however my last encounter was way better I guess because I was leaving. I ran into one of the ladies from the previous management last week and she told me the real deal about the pool issue which was apparently known prior to the change over. The compactor trash area is so nasty I do not know how there aren't rats running around. There's plenty of roaches."
"Very disappointed with the new administration. Been living here for ten months, paying my rent on time (not a cheap one), every month and can’t use the pool because they don’t have the permit they need. I’m spending a lot of money on electrical bill and taking my sons to the beach because of the heat. Now my rent is going to increase a 10% with my new lease and haven’t been able to use the only amenity I was interested in. Been asking for two weeks to trim a tree because I have it literally in my balcony. Still waiting. Always a different answer. The app doesn’t work properly, can’t require service. I have to go to the office at working hours. They charge you $40 to pay online. I miss the previous administration."
