"I am very disappointed with this office. We have been on a waiting list for some time, we finally get the phone call we call them back and she gets the insurance information which he already had many months ago. My ten-year-old insurance is univera through his at the Ford. He also has Medicaid that he does not have anymore because people inc does not have any services at this time for him. So he only has nothing else is link to. So now this doctor will not see my son because he had Medicaid and he no longer has it so they are assuming his univera is linked with his Medicaid which is completely untrue and I offered for my son's worker to call them or even for them to call univera and find out that it is not connected with. So now my son again is without the therapy counseling because they will not take we waited all those and they knew ahead of time the insurance cuz everything was filled out and said over the phone. When I asked if I could talk with the therapist so that we could figure this out for my son the secretary told me she was not going to talk me about it. I don't know how they can take univera from other families there but refused to take the univera us. The universe is my son's father's insurance through the Ford plant has nothing to do with Medicaid. This is very devastating as we cannot find anyone else to do the play therapy for my son. My son has missed half the school being sick, not contagious sick, and we were in desperate need many many months ago and now they tell us they will not see us because of the insurance. Nor when I asked the secretary if she could please find out where else I can take him for play therapy cuz I can't seem to find one she just says there isn't any more and nothing she can do. I am in the medical field and as far as I know if you're taking univera insurance for some families you can't single out other other families and refused to take their univera. They have left me in a very bad spot with my son nowhere to turn to for my son to. I am hoping some kind of resolution with this facility would happen. This is just not right. Unbelievable that I waited all these months."
