"Most worst service ever.My 1st appointment I were 3hrs waiting then dr saw me. their technician was very unprofessional.today was my 2nd appointment.my appointment time was 11am ,almost 2hrs waiting then I told them I need to pickup my daughter 2 pm.is it possible to before 2pm ?they said not possible.why they didn’t tell everyone u need to wait around 3/4 hours???why they give appointment if they don’t maintain it.our time has value. I recommend don’t go there. Thanks"

"This place is a mill. Very small waiting room with barely any chair to sit on. Staff doesn't even look at you in the eyes and is very rude. Dr. Sajjad has no manners and yells at patients. She only hires family practice docs to act like specialists in gyn. Most patients who come to her have Medicaid and that is why she treats them like that. They do pelvic ultrasound on everyone and the docs who do that don't even know how to do or interpret such sonogram. I don't know wat kind of diagnosis you would get at that place. Luckily for her, almost of her patients are Pakistani like her and they are probably comfortable with someone who speaks their language. That's why they come to get botched there. Even if you are Pakistani, you can still get good care somewhere else in Queens."

"First, I would like to comment on the front desk. They are arrogant and unprofessional. The office itself needs to be sanitized especially with during this pandemic. I’ve been to this location multiple times during my pregnancy and have never seen anyone clean or sanitize. Dr. Sumitra khambi does not spend more than 5 minutes with her patients when the wait time is more than 3 hours long! I would suggest, changing your gloves in between patients because I’ve noticed they do not change gloves after typing on their keyboard and checking patients. However, the two stars given does reflect on Mr. Raza (office manager), he is very professional & respects patients that come in. If I could, I would give him 5 stars. Thank you, Lubna Arshad."

"Be careful from this doctor. She makes fake bill. She makes lots of money just giving vitamin C. Even though you don’t need it. She will say your insurance won’t cover so you have to pay."

"I've been seeing this Doctor Sajjad for almost 5 years now. She's really knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Her staff are welcoming and on time. I definitely would recommend her. Btw, I travel all the way from LIC to see her."
