"As a patient, I have found the service to be horrid. The bill I received was cryptic. There is no mention of the name of the provider. There is no facility stated. I do not know what the description of service means. I have called the telephone number on the bill several times on several different days. I have never been connected to a person, only the general mailbox after waiting on hold for several minutes. I received one return phone call while I was not home that went to my voicemail. I have called the number and chosen the extension that was stated in the voicemail several times over several days. Again, the calls are directed to a voicemail with no return phone call. I went online and found a chat connection. The person there gave me a number for the Patient Help Desk Team. They took my information and refused to commit to a time frame in which I could expect a return phone call. When I find out who the provider is, I will tell them to change billing companies."
