"Terrible dentist office. Scheduled a filling, had my X-rays sent to them ahead of time. After waiting 45 mins they still gave an X-ray then proceeded to tell me they never received them although I was added to the email so I know they got them & told me to call later & schedule an appointment for a filling. I should of listened to the reviews"

"Today was the 3rd time I have been to this dentist. The first time I was there I waited almost an hour for my cleaning appointment. The second time I went I decided to schedule the first appointment of the day so as not to have to wait. My scheduled time was 9:30. The dentist didn't even arrive to the office until 9:45. She then took another 30 minutes to settle in I guess. She didn't even apologize for her tardiness! The third time I went to the office, I arrived 10 mins early for my 4:00 appt. I asked the receptionist upon arrival if the dentist was running on schedule. He replied that it wouldn't be that long. I waited 40 mins until they brought me into the examining room. I further waiting another 15 mins. for the dentist to come into the room to give me a shot to prepare for the filling I was there to have done. Again she left the room and started working on 2 other patients! By 10 after 5 she had only just started drilling the person in the next room. There was no communication as to how much longer I would have to wait. I lost it at that point and wound up leaving the office with a numb mouth and my procedure not being done. I have no patience for unprofessional ethics. What bothers me more than anything is the sheer inconsideration for another person's time. I have a schedule as well but that didn't seem to matter to this HORIBLE DENTIST! When I left the office at 5:15, the woman ahead of me whose appt was before mine at 3:00 was still sitting there! I will never use this office again. If she had half a brain, she would hire another dentist to help out with the patient back log. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER!"

"WORST OFFICE EVER. My family member went to get a tooth looked at. They said it was infected and needed to come out. It took them 4 DAYS to call in an antibiotic. Had to cancel oral surgeon appt. because he wasnt on antibiotics. INCOMPETENCE."

"The rating says it all! Fidelis also rots! They won’t even pay for a root canal or a front crown! The Dentist Gave a fair quote then ‘forgot’ and I had to remind her of our agreement, Just like I had to remind her husband/ Business partner that my son is allergic to amoxicillin."

"Terrible experience. First appointment she completely ignored the pain I was having and said I needed a root canal and cavity filling on teeth that were not experiencing any pain. 2nd appointment was left waiting for almost 2 hours for a cavity filling. Was told she was delayed for a “celebrity client”. When she finally came in she did not say hello or introduce herself, she jabbed me with the needle to numb my mouth then waited over another 20 min for her to start. Numbing wore off right when she started and had to get another needle to numb. Did not mold filling to my teeth. Now extremely uncomfortable and gritty. Will NOT be returning."
