"I spoke with someone on the phone that was very rude I travel for work and was seeking relief for pain in the hot tub. The guy insisted that there is not day pass at the YMCA. I've been using day passes at the YMCA for 5 years in places like Long Island, OKC and Jonesboro just to name a few. I am aware that there is an option for membership but for me, in Buffalo there is no option."

"Joined for one month and got a staph infection/mrsa in my nose .this facility is very dirty. Had to take heavy round of antibiotics to get rid of. Too many ppl using the pool, sauna dry& wet, whirlpool. Not being properly disinfected and sanitized. Rude members who monopolize equipment and areas. Gross community locker rooms. A terrible experience. The state should step in and regulate the uses of these communal amenities. Esp the pool area. canceled my membership!"

"Health/Hygiene issues at this location. Babies in swimming diapers are allowed in the large pool, even though there is a special childrens pool at this location, which can be emptied or drained more easily if one of these babies has a “load”:in their diaper. Rules are not followed by instructors /life guards who could easily redirect these families to the childrens pool. No one want to swim in a pee saturated pool!"
