"I already Have my sectional… Christina who sold it to me was great! That was in June. I went Into the store Saturday to order my oversized ottoman, mentioned what color I wanted and what color sectional I have MANY times… today the delivery guy has the wrong color. Ridiculous! Floor agents need to be focused, and make sure orders are being done correctly. I could’ve ordered online and had it 2 days ago, as well as saved time from driving to the actual store… Now I have To wait AGAIN so they can order the correct one. And stay home again for another delivery. I gave 3 stars because my first experience was great. But this time around I’m disappointed.. **Update: the store was super accountable and accommodating. Thanks to Lindsay and John the issue was fixed as soon as it happened. I will for sure be shopping here again soon"

"A few months ago, I entered Ashley Homestore, walked around to different areas and noticed a bedroom set I was interested in with many questions. I found a salesperson who's name is Amy O'Keefe. I asked an enormous amount of questions related to product, prices, dimensions, etc. Amy answered without hesitation all my concerns. I then inquired about mattress and box springs and again, she had detailed responses. In short, I purchased entire set and bedding. Shortly, I came back to store looking for a dining room set and asked for Amy as salesperson. I had photos of my current dining area, explained my concerns and with her interior decorating skills she showed me different sets which ultimately functioned and fit perfectly and purchased. Another day, I shopped for end tables, again, I had pictures of rooms to help with selections. I had no idea exactly style, color, functions, I was looking for. With Amy's opinions, amazing knowledge of all products, I purchased 4 end tables that fit the rooms perfectly. Yesterday, I went to Ashley's looking for rocker recliners. I showed Amy pictures of my current rooms and with her amazing expertise and helpful advice bought 2 recliners. The selection was amazing and variety of colors. Amy is an amazing salesperson and now, a well deserved promotion to sales manager. Any and all questions asked, she answered with great detail and knowledge. Her superb decorating skills is welcomed for any customer wanting advice. She totally listened to me without promoting or selling anything I didn't want or knowingly wouldn't be happy with later. Absolutely no pressure! Amy was focused on my satisfaction with all selections and approval and got me to think out of the box. Amy's military service adds a new dimension as a total team player, outstanding personality, very knowledgeable of all products, expertise, interior design qualifications, totally honest, trustworthy, and follows up on any product concerns after delivery.
