Don’t even bother going here, first a nurse disrespected me saying my daughter looks dirty with her 2 month check up and now that she 4 months I went for a check up and they didn’t want to check her cause she “had” coivd this time it was her own doctor. I am never taking my daughter here again. I love ur service but after what happen today I’m done trying."

People working over there are terrible (except the doctor, she was very sweet) , they don't know what they are doing and every time I go there I have to deal with different problems. Desk people to security at the gate they all get mean and get smart with the people. I have a new born baby and didn't want to deal with them anymore and left there to NEVER go back there and tell all my friends to NOT to go there..."

"Absolutely ridiculous wait times. Better off taking your child to a private doctor. They over schedule and no one ever gets seen at their appropriate time. Waited more than 2 1/2 hours for a regular checkup that takes 5 minutes. Insane DO NOT RECOMMENDED"

"If you have extra time on your hands and don’t care about wait times you can come here. Doctors are good. Appointments are usually seen with 1-2 hr wait times. Been here three times waited 2 hrs before being seen the first and second time. The third time was an hr wait since we went mid afternoon but waited over 2 hours after seeing the doctor for a nurse. We left instead."

"So far my experience with this clinic had been horrible! Every appointment takes at least two hours of which you sit and wait to be seen for 90% of that time. Why? Because they take walk-ins over their appointments. Why bother taking appointments if they don't have priority? Also, I went for a shared prenatal appointment and they needed to provide a translator for me. I speak English! Why not have two separate classes so all the women don't have to be there for twice as long? The last time I went I waited over an hour before being told to drink something and wait yet another hour. No. Not happening. Rescheduled. A PPD reading that takes literally 2 seconds and can be done by a nurse or doctor took 30 minutes. Only after complaining to the front desk about the wait was I able to be seen and then was out in under a minute. My ultrasound results took 3 days to make it to my chart though it says on that chart the results were read 5 minutes after the test was taken and I was never contacted by a doctor just sent an email so I had to Google half of the information in the report. Unreal! This clinic is overbooked and understaffed so unless you have zero options I highly recommend going somewhere else. I know that once my insurance goes through that is exactly what I will be doing. Best of luck to all you ladies and your babies."
