"Since Dr. Constant left it’s been nothing but dreadful dealing with the Poughkeepsie office. Rude, insensitive, untrustworthy opinions of Doctors, NPs, nurses, & the receptionists are horrible. I just got off the phone with the receptionist to schedule an appointment for my 5 month old who had just woken up with a swollen eye. She gave me a time slot for 11:30 I called at 10:45 I live 35 minutes away & she’s a solely breastfed baby. Kim was so rude & inconsiderate she expressed disgust when I told her I could not make that appointment time & then said I should bring her to an urgent care then. Kim needs another job."

"This is for the Poughkeepsie location: I would give zero stars if I could. Not only can we not even get an appointment. The admin woman in charge was extremely rude and condescending. She addressed me in a way no professional should ever address anyone. I have no idea how she can hold ANY job."

"We love Premier Pediatrics! Being first time parents is overwhelming but with Dr. Clare, we are very informed and she puts a lot of our fears as new parents to rest. The office staff is great as well. Clean, flexible appointment hours and welcoming. We could not have picked a better place for our little guy."

"Horrible, I went there until I was 18 and all 3 of my kids have but since premier has taken over it’s been horrible. Worst front desk services ever , and the “policy” that you can only schedule sick visits same day makes no sense. I expressed I was planning to leave & the receptionist didn’t even seem to care. Didn’t ask for my kids names or anything than when I expressed why she started to giggle at me - very unhappy & I will never bring my kids here ever again."

"I cannot say enough wonderful comments about Dr Constant. She is such an amazing Dr. Not only does she dedicate her time to each appointment, for our daughter's physical well being....she also spends time with us and our daughter, testing her progression and developmental skills to ensure that our daughter is on schedule for her developmental age. Dr. Constant also informs my husband and I, what to expect in the upcoming months with our toddler. We are first time parents. Our pediatrician prior to Dr. Constant, did not do this. At the end of the appointment, I would leave the office with many unaddressed concerns. Dr. Constant addresses all of our concerns, sometimes before I ask her the question. She is an amazing person and I would definitely recommend her to all of my family and friends."
