"The owner (Krystal) tended to my appointment on time. She was knowledgeable about the different lash sets. HOWEVER, she didn’t have a receptionist at the time so she was answering calls and took several breaks while doing my lashes, which extended the length of time it took to complete my set. Which then made me late to my next appointments. I don’t really like my set to be honest. It’s uneven and looks like one of my eyes are closing. I look like Forest Whitaker, no shade. I didn’t have a chance to address this in person because she rushed me out the door with a fan stop my eyes from burning. I tried calling in to see if she can fix them but I was told that she would be out for the next 2 weeks. FYI- see real reviews on yelp. This place is a joke fr."

"Very professional, on time, comfortable chair bed and my lashes always look so nice. Krystal does a great job her lashes are even from the front of the eye to the back. Some people lashes are clumped together hers are very neat and she sizes them appropriately. I travel 49 minutes every two weeks to go here the best so far"

"The technician was not very friendly at all, and she was not on time. she did not offer any expertise or suggestions on the type of lashes they offer. She had her phone buzzing in my ear constantly, and she pricked me with the tweezers twice. I was not impressed with the quality of the lashes at all. After reading the reviews I thought Krystal was the best the shop had to offer, but if that’s the best. The shop in general can do better, and it also lets me know the reviews lie."
