"Resting on their rating… super disappointing. We really wanted to like this place, as it’s local. We had had a lot of emergencies this week and really needed some stress relief. The massage felt more like they were just trying to put oil on your body than an actual massage. It was not asked what pressure we like or needed. None of the areas we indicated on the intake form needed attention were actually given attention. My neck definitely still hurts afterwards. They spent more time on our calves than anywhere else. The worst part was the end. They put scalding hot towels on your back and pressed them in. I literally jumped twice. Then we sat as they got cold and trying to figure out if the massage was done or not. When I spoke to the individual at the front desk, she just said, “sorry. I’ll tell them.” And gave me the total. I was so excited with it having a higher rating and need a new massage place, but this was just not. UPDATE: below spa posted that they had tried to call. Unfortunately I have been home all day sick, with no call or voicemail."

"If you're looking for laser hair removal, don't waste your time or money here. I had 12 sessions done and still had like 50% hair left. Tech recommended 12 more sessions, insane! Each session was barely 15 min for 3 small to large areas and was told to come every 3 weeks while the standard is 4-8. They don't know what they're doing or are doing a bad job on purpose. I went to another laser spa and saw more results with just 1 session, huge difference. Seriously, don't go here, it's cheaper but doesn't work. I will not be returning for LHR or anything else, don't trust them."

"I went to this place for several services and I loved it. They have an excellent customer service since the front desk to the estheticians. They really love what they do and care for their patients. This last time I went to do my eyebrows and I absolutely love the result. I’m also doing laser and massages and the results are amazing . I completely recommend this place, you won’t regret it at all."

"I got my brows micro bladed. It was such an amazing experience the results are stunning. I’ve also started my laser removal for my chin area, I’m currently on session number three, and I can already see the difference, my chin area looks much clearer- the hair is taking longer to come out. I’m extremely please with the customer service they make it really easy with the aftercare instruction and they work around your schedule. Highly recommend this location."
