The lady next to her can’t. last night I got nails done be her for the first time and she was rushing and put all the wrong tips, one of my finger nails was going up instead of straight, there gaps between the tips and my nails."

"Let me start off by saying how they ignore you when you walk inside. I spoke to someone this morning who confirmed my appointment for 6:00Pm today. ITS MY BIRTHDAY. No one said hello, everyone stared at me, and I even heard the one woman say she’ll let the other lady go in front of me. I waited 40 minutes. Even when I said hello I got ignored. I grew instant anxiety because I felt invisible. I’m not sure if it’s cus I’m a man or something. Long story short, after all that time she said “you need a mani pedi”, I said yeah my appointment is at 6pm… she looks at the other woman, looks back at me and goes “uhhhh”… so I asked what’s the problem, and they asked me to come back… I asked her why would you make me wait here and then assure someone else their spot when I had an appointment? that whole experience was extremely uncomfortable and they made me feel like I didn’t belong there. Never going there again. I literally walked down the street and they took me in with no issues and got my birthday mani / pedi. Don’t waste your time here. They clearly are judgemental and pick and choose who they want to serve. I’ve never been a victim of this before. I still am extremely annoyed by it. Their business will never blossom with the attitudes and judgements that they have."

"Honestly her work looks some what nice from far away .. but i don't think she can do acrylic nails i went there for the first time thinking it was going to be a great experience Seeing the amount of products she had on display but i WAS WRONG When she applied the acrylic it was seeping over my nails. It was a mess so once it was hard it hurt so bad trying to peel the corners. Then some nails where crooked and lumpy she didn’t even try to file the surface as much. I do my own acrylic nails and watching her do my nails gave me so much anxiety the way she applied the acrylic was not professional at all . But because my friend was over for the weekend i thought it would be a great idea to get our nails done together but it was a bad mistake. She even charged me 37 dollars for a some what long set of acrylic with regular nail polish ... so I suggest getting your nails done somewhere els and getting them for less and a better job."
