"Got a discount for subscribing. But they won’t let me get a package without paid consultation, then after going there they tell the discount only if u buy on the internet. Paid for consultation but they didn’t want to do the laser hair removal unless I treat my skin first. Recommended 6 sessions for my cheeks that’s 4 weeks apart and pushed an unbranded $65 face lotion to use before the treatment no discount used or even the consultation. I left"

"I would be wary of booking services. I chose this place because of its convenience to my home and it seemed to have good reviews. I paid ~$80 for a laser hair removal consultation, then booked my first treatment. I was rescheduled twice- each time they called me the evening before my service on short notice due to the laser machine being “under maintenance.” I understand this is perhaps a routine thing, and was flexible the first time they called but a little annoyed that they didn’t mention their machine was going to be sent out for routine service when I was there the week prior. Perhaps they didn’t know it would need maintenance in advance but again- I have a hard time understanding this if the consequence is re-booking two weeks worth of client laser appointments. When they called a week later to reschedule me a second time because the maintenance was still delayed, I honestly started to think I was potentially being scammed. Delays happen, but the communication around this was unacceptable. Two weeks later, I finally made it in for my appointment (to my relief). When I walked in I was told they were running late although I had booked the first appointment of the day. Then upon check out their credit card machine apparently wasn’t working- so this was another inconvenience that had me wondering (is it REALLY down??). Trust is everything when it comes to these types of services and I really value good communication. Laser hair removal isn’t cheap, so I don’t think my expectation is unreasonable. The service itself was fine and the establishment is clean. Perhaps this hasn’t been everyone’s experience but I felt compelled to share mine. I am happy that I was able to put my consultation investment towards a first session, but relieved to get in and get out. I want to support local businesses in my community but was disappointed by my experience. After being upsold a package multiple times I am glad I didn’t proceed with this option as it was not worth the headache."

"Amazing!!! The massage by Hope was one of the best I’ve gotten and I’ve been getting monthly massages for the past five years! Hope uses heating pads to relax your muscles after the massages them which is the first time I’ve ever experienced. The facilities are super clean and up to date! Everyone wear masks and shields plus hand sanitizer all over the place! The facial by Eva was wonderful. She recommended that I do a face mask which helps to moisturizer. They also have the new LED mask which is a bonus in October!"
