Princess Nail Spa Fishkill

"I seen nail salon person named CoCo. I walked in and waited ten minutes. No appointment. Sat down with CoCo - she said nothing. Asked what I wanted and said the price would be $50. I tipped her $10. When she finished. She askedvme if i was from around here. I let her know that I was from the same neighborhood- she is working out of. As soon as I got outside I could see the issues with my nails. $60 and 6 nails have already popped off, since going this Saturday. I called and I am supposed to go back for fixing, but at this point of disrespect.. I will pray for 60 days for God to show these people- you should not rob people like this. It is just not right! I would like my $60 refund."

"i’m unsure about this place. a friend of mine and i had gone because she’s been going for years and rave about them every time. we had made an appointment for 2:00 and had to wait for 20 minutes to even be sat. daniel was the man who did my nails, and he was very rude to me. he also tried to charge me $5 extra for longer nails, which isn’t listed anywhere. when i asked to cut my nails shorter, he threw all of his things down while sighing and rolling his eyes at me. he threw my hands around after he was done with them, and was overall very hostile towards me. these came out to $70. i will be going back again because of how highly my friend talks about them but be wary."

"This is not a salon it's a chop shop. The person who did my nails acted like she couldn't understand anything I said....savagely left residue and gunk from my last set all under my nails and then proceeded to apply dip powder product all over my cuticles and repeatedly hurt my skin with the drill....when I said you're touching my skin and pull away my hand she just repeated the word skin and laughed at me.....I know she knew she was hurting me. I am officially done with nail salons. I'm ordering all the stuff to do my own because this industry is ridiculous....how is this normal??"
