"I made an appointment here weeks ago because of the great reviews. I received texts confirming my appointment for 2pm. Then at 1:30, I receive another stating it’s at 2:30. I click on the text and it takes me to a page saying appointment confirmed. I show up at 2:30 and the door is locked and place is empty so I call. A woman answers, frustrated, and tells me I actually had an appointment all day. I had one at 2, and then at 2:30. I tried to explain the texts but she wasn’t having it so I said I would leave if it didn’t work. She said no she was coming down and then suddenly opened the door. Again she started to lecture me about my appointment while showing me that I had a whole block of appointments and I tried to show her my phone, saying I don’t have what you see, so your system should be clearer and she flipped out saying she doesn’t need this, pointed to my car, said go and slammed the door. I’ll leave it at stating the facts rather than commenting on that behavior. It’s clear they’re doing well and don’t care for new clients. This wasn’t a matter of kicking someone out for your self respect. It was pathetic. My appointment was with Tiffany Lassiter. PS customers might be slightly offended when you speak to them aggressively, with blame, while pronouncing their name Cereal. Its only natural. I hope you have a better day"
