"I made a 3 o’clock appointment and waited for 20 minutes on a broken chair. Was told my barber was almost done when I noticed him starting to shave the guy in his chair. Place looked dirty and no one looked happy at all. Go someplace else. I’ve found more professional shops in third world countries."

"Wait time over an hour, and an hour in the chair for a simple haircut that was messed up worse than I've ever seen. It's uneven there are some lengths of hair that were completely missed, they pushed my line down way too far on my beard so I'll probably just shave now. I'll have to go to another place to get my hair fixed, what a waste of money. I gave myself better haircuts during 2020 and they were free!"

"Very nice new place. For anyone wondering there new prices are $30 for an adult while around $25 for a kid. (Adult is 11 and up) A little pricey but worth it."

"We brought our 17 month old son for his first haircut because Robb as well as In the Cut came highly recommend by a friend of ours. I must say we couldn’t be happier. It was a flawless experience from booking the appt to meeting with Robb. He was so good with our son. Started by giving him a fireman’s cape, then had us sit him in this cool fire truck. Before the appt, we received a text with very helpful info so we felt prepared. Robb was extremely patient and a true a professional. The haircut is so much better than we even expected. At the end, he gave us a lock of our sons hair in a bag as well as a certificate for his 1st haircut. I can tell you after this experience we have no reason to ever look elsewhere when it’s time for a son’s next haircut."

"Great barber. Just make an appointment so you are not having to wait. Don't show up with 3 kids and expect to be in and out. Ian is my barber and he cuts great. Also gave my son his first haircut and was a pro despite my son crying the entire time."
