"I dont usually write reviews but i want potential customers to be warned. I wanted to love this place because it's so close and the prices are fair, but unfortunately they have disappointed me too many times. I gave this place 5 different times to get my hair right (root touch up). Every single time I end up with orange roots. I've never experienced this before with any other salon. I don't know why this keeps happening, but it's very frustrating. They still can't do a simple root touch up without me getting comments from people that my roots are orange. It's embarrassing and a waste of time and money. To be fair, when I noticed the color was off the last time, the stylist said I could come back within a week to get it fixed. However, I just can't waste any more time sitting there. I need to find a place that can fix this. The only reason I gave two stars is because the staff are nice. Also, just a heads up, the stylist you make the appointment with is not usually the person that mixes and/or applies your hair color which is a little strange to me."

She never cut off more than I’d ask, gaining my trust to try more dramatic cuts. Now, she’s blessed my head with major transitions in cuts and color and she is the only stylist I’ve seen since! Her work is beautiful and she establishes a great relationship with her clients to achieve the style they want while keeping their hair healthy. I really can’t recommend her enough!"
