"We (my son who is schizophrenic and I) have asked for over 3 months for my son to be changed from Sylvia Redman to anyone who could put in some effort or genuine care. They ignored our requests for so long all while his health deteriorates. As Slyvia used to come in person with his caseworkers but refused due to his “smell of weed”. She kept seeing him giving him a 5 minute monthly phone call- that’s it. Not seeing he’s going in and out of hospitals for his illness nor caring when we reported it. He is sicker mentally than ever. And today when we had a first in person visit in months to see Sylvia - even though we said we did not want to continue with her at all (they booked her anyways) he of course refused to leave the house. Her response was that maybe someone else will fix his drug problem.!? Sylvia you mean the weed he smokes that is legal? Because*** he is so sick it gives him temporary relief from his chronic auditory hallucinations? This place is a complete joke."

"This place doesn’t even care about their patients, you go in and wait for a long time and the psychiatrist will only talk to you for a few minutes and let you go. They aren’t helping us, I called them so many times and they don’t even answer the call, even over the phone they fake call you during your appointment and hang up in 3 seconds so you can’t answer the phone. This place needs to be closed down. They are just earning free money"

"Absolute criminal monsters. I went to them voluntarily. I wasn’t happy so I ended service voluntarily, and asked them not to contact me anymore. In retaliation, one of their doctors signed a “945” and had me ripped from my own home. This, again, was done when they were no longer my health provider, and done for vindictive reasons only. These people are absolute criminal scum. Protect your loved ones and children from these monsters by avoiding them at all costs. Please contact me if they’ve attacked you like they’ve attacked me. More Facts: After 1 year and no justice or action against those who attacked me, I went to their new office and asked to speak to someone about what they did. They asked me to have a seat, which I did and waited patiently. Next thing I know, 2 Utica cops show up with a “mental health crisis team” to harass and threaten me. For trying to have a peaceful conversation with them. These people are scum. Dr. Morales Brown is a criminal. Stay away and protect yourselves from these monsters. August 1st: After having no further contact, I find out I’m being charged with 2 crimes for the above visit to try to talk to them about what they did to me. The Utica Police are literally threatening and charging crime VICTIMS on behalf of their attackers. Completely corrupt."

"My therapist has been decent up until she let me know she was leaving. I then had a seizure during the appointment, Although she still works their I can not get a hold of her. I have waited a month to get a document for court purposes anytime I call to ask about the document the person who answers the phone complains about how hard it is to work their and then does not help at all with the purpose of call or even when a good time to call back would be since apparently I'm bothering them giving them a quick call when I catch a chance away from my kids for a second over a document I should of had a month ago. This place is not terrible by any means however it can be stressful when you actually need something out side of therapy."
