"I have been a long time customer. I used to like coming here. People working here used to be educated, and know what they were talking about. I have dark brown hair. I was being told to buy dark blonde ash hair with no bleach... that will not cover anything plus that was not what I was looking for. They just get sales people working who harass you through the store and push products on you.. then the worker assumes you do not know how to color your hair and push you to try and buy a brush and bowl.. how about you ask first? I was just put off by my experience last time. I am going to start with another location."

"I'm from NJ, but when I'm out there visiting my extended family I have been to your store. It's right next store to them. Great store friendly."

"My daughter went in to get hair dye and the girl helping her was nice but most of been new my daughter asked if she could use a number and she said let me ask my manager. The manager said no. I went in and the women in there was rude she had a ring in her nose. I was talking to her about what happened she said we can't do a credit card number. I said what are you talking about. I said I wanted to use my friend's number. She said receipt I handed it to her she grabbed it out of my hand. And she said we'll have to do an exchange and buy it again. She likes to sign here. I told her don't have to get an attitude with me she said all I said was signature. I told her I will be calling your manager she said ok. I will not be going back here. And I will tell my friends and family not go to Lancaster NY ever again. The worker was miserable very unprofessional."

"If I really need something from Sally, I’ll be shopping elsewhere because this location is super underwhelming. Staff is badgering and unfriendly. Kept harassing me because I was taking my time to read labels. Why is that so weird? If you’ve got sensitivities or allergies, seems like a pretty average behavior to me. Felt like I was being watched in an untrusting way. Left and took my money elsewhere."

"Went to this location after I went to the union road location and they didn't have what I needed up and wouldn't check for me, got to this location and they also didn't have the color I needed so the younger lady with all red hair checked the shipment that just came in and found the color I needed. She was awesome and her customer service skills were amazing sad I didn't get her name. Came in on 7/24/17"
