"I make my request as simple as possible. Shave my head or the top with your longest extension which was a 7 then shave the sides and fade it with a 2, not too high cuz I don't wanna look like I'm joining the marines ha. I've been saying this for yrs, but my usual stylist or anybody else wasn't available. Next thing I know is I'm getting scolded and told she doesn't know what I mean and nobody else would either so I should say I want a 7 down to a 2? And I always get the bottom at 0 but that was crazy I guess. I get that length on top for a nice hair line...which she shaves off. What guy wants an intentional receded hair line look? I say please don't cut that so 1 side of the line is cut and the other 1 not. Is shave my head then blend it in on the sides tough? If she wasn't so rude I wouldn't be writing this about my haircut. I would've had better luck with Stevie Wonder. Thanx anyways though"

"Went here today and omg the lady I don't know her name wasn't listening when it came to my haircut to the point where I had her just stop from continuing paid and left worst haircut I ever had when she started ignoring what I wanted for my bangs I had enough and just left without saying a word worst haircut I have had I'm going to go to bangs tomorrow to hopefully fix my hair as best as possible but honestly go somewhere else never going to super cuts again if they can't even listen to what someone wants when showing them multiple different pictures"

"I really like this location, but the last time I was there it felt very rushed. My haircut was not what I asked for, not the bob cut that I usually get. I did not realize the cut until I got home. Next time I will be more careful to provide detailed instructions. I will also schedule the cut with a different hairdresser. She did not print out a receipt for me either. Was told I needed to ask for it????"

"Worst Haircut ever! I would never go there and would not recommend anybody to go to this Supercuts location. The woman who cut my hair was in hurry dont know why. She left patches of uncut hair and with uneven cut and wavy lines at the back coz she did not care. (The wound mark / cut you see on my head is her being careless with the caliper) Not to mention she did not care about what I said how I want my hair done. You can find something much better for $17 you would pay here. I wish I had read some of these reviews before I went here."
