"I will NEVER come to this bangs or any bangs ever again! Mind you I’ve been going to bangs since i was little and the way i was treated today was actually crazy!! The manager Katelyn has a serious attitude problem! I’ve never been treated like that ever by anyone at bangs until today and by a Manager?!?! are you serious and the lady that was at the desk was absolutely rude! The way The manager talks to people is absolutely ridiculous! I was getting my hair done (dyed) i have never gotten it done before and and she (the manager) who was doing my hair RIPPED my cartilage earring out causing it to swell and bruise and then today when i went back just to have her check a spot in my hair she RIPPED another earring out she was being so aggressive with my head and i was nothing but kind to her i just asked her to check and just make sure everything was fine because ive never gotten my hair done before! All she did was ROLL her eyes and huff and puffed the and whole time! This experience was absolutely awful!"

"Took a picture with me thinking it would be helpful. My hair is now unmanageable. Blunt cut and no rhy.e or reason to the "long layers". So sad as I was having pictures done for Christmas and this ruined them Received a text from Bangs asking how my visit was...told what happened and was promised they'd contact me. "Came in to purchase product. The attitude of receptionist was unprofessional, rude. Seriously…customer service should be welcoming, friendly, professional. Instead I felt like I was treated with an attitude. My daughter who was with me felt the same. Go next door to Wegmans and learn how to treat your customers. They do a terrific job. The manager was nice and professional when she walked up to the desk."

"Stay Away from this place! My daughter got shampoo & hairdry for prom. Complete disaster. Crooked part, white flakes in hair from their product and not even dry. Returned to the salon to discuss the issue with manager and all she would say was, “bring her back & we’ll try and fix it.” Good luck to all that use this chop shop."
