"I have seen 2 different providers here for separate issues. The first that left the practice was absolutely wonderful. My most recent interaction with Dr Pollinger was amazing. She was knowledgeable and was able to provide an honest answer to me and give me a referral to a better doctor to treat me. I 100000% recommend her! The office also got me in fast! Within a week!"
"Unprofessional and liars! I never review places but this was definitely something. The receptionist was really passive aggressive. Also lied to my daughter and I, we waited literally 3 months for an appointment. She said she would take an emailed consent form then changed her mind because it was convenient for her (and she did not want to deal with it) and she drove hours. Worst customer service, don't care about the patient it's just about the money. The office staff treated her like literal trash and she left in tears, and she's not a crier so I hope that puts things into perspective. Also wanted to add that the younger staff in the office was incredibly uncomfortable with what seemed like the "boss" of the receptionists. Just checked the reviews and it's clear that most of the business they lose is because of staff and reputation. Stay away if you want to wait half a year for an appointment that may or may not take place and you lose time AND money. My daughter said she scoffed when my daughter said that I had sent them an email with the paperwork. Will be telling some people who thought of making an appointment as they are in the same situation as us and will be driving far since it's possible to not have an appointment. Our healthcare system is a joke."
"Their treatment of patients is quite disappointing. When we were delayed by traffic and informed their office, they warned us that being over 10 minutes late would result in a canceled appointment. We hurriedly made our way there, with my daughter even sprinting up the stairs, to arrive just within the 10-minute window. After checking in and paying the copay, we were then told our appointment needed to be rescheduled. The receptionist claimed ignorance of our prior call. The inconvenience we experienced, combined with their lack of consideration, was not only disrespectful but also highly unprofessional."
"After waiting months for an appointment, I was told by the dermatologist that they don't deal at all with toenails and that I had to see a podiatrist for a simple nail issue. After a couple phone calls to other dermatologist offices, and a trip to the podiatrist I was told multiple times that what this office told me simply wasn't true, and they should have been able to help me. Fortunately, the podiatrist I saw was more than willing to take care of my issue, but the time and money I wasted at this office was definitely unnecessary."
