Massage Envy

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRANCHISE !! Had a facial it was ok. I got talked into doing the monthly membership. DO NOT EVER DO THE MEMBERSHIP! If something ever were to happen to you health wise or financially, they won’t let you cancel. They charge you whether you come in for a service or not. I cannot continue. I tried to cancel my membership. They refuse to. They will continue to charge you $75.00. No matter what. They want a medical letter from your doctor or from your bank if it’s for financial reasons. A LETTER STATING WHY you cannot continue!! Family members cannot get your health info and banks will not release any info to ANYONE So I am supposed to give this personal info to massage envy a franchise!! I have contacted my credit card company every charge will be canceled. I will go as far as I have to with this. Specially, when you have no idea what is going on in someone’s life to ever make them go through something like this to cancel a membership awful awful company and I hope that They are not successful because of the way they treat their customers."

"ME in Lancaster, NY is very welcoming. The front desk personnel are super friendly and always greet you with a smile. The quiet room is a great place to begin to wind down from the hectic day, and the massage room is extremely comfortable. The masseuse is always friendly and makes you very comfortable. I have been a member for 4-years and I have never been disappointed."

"Rosemarie is an amazing massage therapist. While not my typical pressure level of deep, she absolutely knows where to hit the spots that hurt (in a good way!) She is incredibly respectful, nice and quiet but makes sure to check in with you, and is able to really tackle a full body massage without feeling like she spent too much time in one area or not enough in another. She’s like a massage wizard! I highly recommend 90 minutes with her if you can, it was so relaxing and everything you want out of a massage experience."
