"I was told the sonogram tech arrives at 2:30 pm. I arrived today at 3:08 pm for a 3:30 pm appointment for a sonogram. Waited 2 hours and 10 minutes exactly to be seen (5:18 pm). The entire office nearly emptied and others who came after me were seen and long gone before I was called in for my sonogram - which took a total of 8 minutes from the time I was called in the room, had the sonogram, and exited the clinic (5:26 pm); which makes me wonder: was I being skipped or was the person in charge of sonograms idling? And I was instructed not to eat since 9 am, so I was hungry this entire time plus 2 additional hours I had to wait on top of that. This is pure wickedness and I would have given this review a 0/10 if I could. I would have appreciated some transparency instead of having my time wasted."

"Would leave 0 stars if I could. Refused to take me because of some missed appointments that I didn’t exist, absolutely inadequate staff. Had me sitting waiting for an hour then kicked me out of the doctors office. Absolutely unprofessional, would recommend everyone to go anywhere else."

"The worst!! Not only did the doctor run unnecessary tests and not help at all, but we paid our copay at the time of visit and our bill right after, and yet I just received an additional bogus bill two years later. TWO YEARS! We're now being told that the doctor doesn't take our insurance, but he did at the time of visit two years ago. Can't actually get through to anyone who isn't in a call center on the other side of the world. Run far from this place!! Unethical doctors and horrible billing."

"My domestic partner had an 8:45 am appointment for a colonoscopy. We arrived on time. Office was packed with people waiting to be seen. Anyone who has had this procedure done knows how horrible the prepping is. Hungry, very little sleep, irritable etc. With this in mind, he still had to wait until 11:15 before being taken in. Girl at desk had attitude, not friendly at all. How can doctors overbook and think it’s ok? Greed is the only thing I can think of for treating people with little to no respect. They want you to be on time yet they are not on time. I have no respect for this facility and the doctors who run it. I hope one day that they will be treated in the way they treat others. Horrible facility! They should be ashamed of themselves"

"Beware of this place - try to go anywhere else. Had an endoscopy here in 2018- I noted the place seemed dirty when I arrived. Sure enough, I got a terrible stomach bug that lasted 3 days. They tried to tell me it was from food poisoning of the last meal I had before, but come on, it's way too much of a coincidence. Because of insurance issues on my end, I got stuck with a massive bill that I put on a payment plan. They then proceeded to keep taking money out of my account after it was paid off - to the tune of $400. When I tried to call to resolve this, they were EXTREMELY unhelpful and refused to produce a copy of my original bill and payments until they had "reviewed it". Days later they got back to me that they did indeed overcharge me by $400. They have emailed me a statement l but still never gave me an original copy of my bill. I'll be honest, I'll be shocked if I get my refund with no issues. In a city with a ton of medical care options - do whatever you have to NOT to go here. Update: It's been over a month and I can't get ahold of the billing department."
