"I'm very disappointed with how treatment was terminated with the practice. I began this journey 10 years ago with Dr. Alazamora. She was an excellent doctor and I trusted her wholeheartedly. About 3 years ago, she terminated me abruptly and transfered me to a nurse practitioner. I was bummed, but I trusted the practice and began to see one of the NP's. I was terminated by the practice yesterday because I need a higher level of care-which is understandable. But after 10 years of being loyal to the same practice, it was hurtful to receive a short call from my NP with a good luck and a 5 day supply of medication."

"I had previously been a patient with this practice for several years and generally found them to be helpful with medication management for anxiety and depression. I recently had to cancel two sessions and was charged $100 in connection with those cancellations. When I called to pay the balance and make an appointment, the person on the phone collected the fee and after collecting the fee told me that I had been terminated from the practice (I never received the notice of this). I asked what could be done as I was out of medication and was not feeling great. The person told me to go to the emergency room or urgent care while she checked with my provider. I asked when I could expect a answer back re an appointment and was told the next day. I called back the next day and was told the provider had not answered and call back Monday. I respectfully asked if they could call the provider for an emergency prescription, again I was told no I would have to wait until Monday. I asked if they could call early Monday given that it would take time to secure a new provider if I could not make an appointment. Well today is Monday and of course I heard nothing. I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of professionalism, regard and integrity if this practice and I was a patient here for years. They will cut you off if you owe them a dollar. All I asked was for them to get back to me, I couldn’t get that. I do not recommend them."
