"I went there with my wife for a consult for tests she took. Her appointment was for 3 PM. We arrived at 2:45. We weren't seen by the dr. until almost 5 pm. Thats over 2 hours of waiting. Everytime I said something to his useless receptionist, her reply was there was nothing she could. So we just sat there like cattle. The 2 things that made me feel a little better was 2 new patients walked out. When we were seen by the dr I was not impressed. He asked us what we were there for. When we said a consult he then opened the file and started to read it. he suggested my wife should take another test. I told with him ( with a bit of contempt in my voice) she already had that test. He went back to her file and said "OH" went went on and on and said he didn't know what was causing her extreme pain and she should take another test. We scheduled it but she will cancel it and go to another DR. I wouldn't use this guy to kiss my bobo. One more thing, the reception area is a bit shabby and could use a refresh. It's dark and dingy. Update: 09/05/18 So Dr Ross wanted an MRI of her hamstring. there is an MRI machine at his practice so we booked and new MRI there. The tech looked up the prescription for the MRI on her computer and the genius Dr. order an MRI of her lower back, which she had a few weeks ago. My wife told the tech that her lower back had already been done, the tech looked it up and saw she had done the MRI. The tech called the Dr and after a heated debate the tech hung and told my wife the Dr. is an idiot and did the MRI on her hamstring. We got the results and went to another ortho who we trust and he agreed to look at things and my wife will come back next week to the smart Dr., not the idiot. Stay away from this guy. He runs a mill and doesn't care about his patients."
