"They really need to review patient care and get appropriate staff. They have delayed treatment and care over a week due to not reading results or answering the phone. When asked what date the results had been received, they refused to answer. Most recently they have ignored multiple calls and messages regarding pain/appointments/treatment. The front desk says there’s a message on the providers desk and the provider does not reach out. I paid out of pocket for private telehealth treatment to avoid delay in care since they still have yet to answer or return calls. Not to mention their Massapequa location is not much better, they have a provider that says the most inappropriate things to patients. Really disappointing and unprofessional all around."

My medical assistant was also very kind and attentive. I had a sonogram performed to check To make sure everything was okay with my ovaries... The technician was excellent. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Dr. Torre Had all my results ready and waiting in her office.. Here she prescribed any medications that you might need and She also explains all your results. I appreciate the kind staff, they made checking in easy and booking ahead easy as well. I was so impressed I booked my moms annual with Dr. Torre. I highly recommend!!!"
