"My experience here was the worst! I was informed that I did not need a referral at this location (which is not convenient for me). When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed I needed a referral. An electronic referral was needed so that prolonged my appointment. The day of my appointment I was informed that I needed to have a full bladder. I informed the receptionist that I was not informed of this. She put me in a room, and did not offer me water. I sat in the room for 30 minutes. I then decided to go find out what was going on because I was in a lot of pain. I was then informed that the doctor is not in and they do not know what time he will be in. The staff was very unprofessional and did nothing to make me comfortable until the doctor arrived. I will never go back there."

"I found them online and happy to say that I’m happy with the level of service and care I received I have uterine fibroid but on my initial visit it showed I had andenomyosis an I was sent to get a pelvic MRI that was quick and easy to schedule. Dr Smith broke down the surgery in full detail to help me understand what it will be like and what they would be doing. The anesthesiologists was hilarious he’s a Cancer like myself, I felt very comfortable from the day I went in to the pre op appt. Eboni Jarai and David are all awesome staff they talk and treated me with great respect and professionalism. I even referred a friend with the same issue. You won’t be disappointed"

"The staff was thorough. It was easy to set an appointment. They reminded me twice of the appointment and followed through on a timely basis with the intake interview, teleconference with Dr. Yetman Sean, and considerable assistance in the online licensing process. High marks for a job well done."

"I didn’t have a great experience here. But I will say the women who worked at the office and front desk were so nice and polite and made me feel comfortable. I forgot to drink water before my ultrasound appointment and they waited for me. My ultrasound technician was also really great. Unfortunately the doctor Peter Smith was super unprofessional. he berate the ultrasound technician in front of me ,the patient, making me feel uncertain. Also, another reviewer said, he touched me without consent on my thigh inappropriately as an excuse for showing me where we would be operating. He closed the door and entered my personal space immediately. On top of that he commented on my body twice saying how skinny I was (I’m not) but I guess he thought he was being flattering. It was a gross experience and scary because I’m debating whether I’m going to be under anesthesia with this man during a procedure. From our interaction I decided it’s not safe and I won’t be returning. There’s another fibroid center in Manhattan called Viva Eve. It’s pricey but the service is better"
