"Very scammy. I went for a sick visit in October. As soon as I step foot at the location, the assistants wanted to take samples for covid and flu test. They asked multiple times. Everytime I said I had already done several negative covid tests at home and would prefer to see the doctor first. When I finally saw the doctor, she diagnosed me with a sinus infection and prescribed antibiotics. She said I did not need to do the flu or covid tests because my sickness was unlikely to be viral. After the visit, however, I received the results by mail of my flu and covid tests even though no swab, no nothing was collected!!! The result were shortly followed by the medical bill for the "lab" exams. Over $1,000 were billed to my insurance for a flu and covid test I never did, and I still owed $100 as copay! I contacted Juno immediately after receiving the bill (in November) and was told I needed to submit my complaint by email. I never heard back even though I followed up multiple times via email. I then called them and heard multiple excuses as to why my test was performed: (1) first, I was told that I did do the test because my "specimen" was sent to their provider Quest for testing, which I denied; (2) second, I was told that I did do the test because I received a letter for work, which I said was scammy because my letter did not say anything and no one told me at the office that I needed to do a covid/flu test for a letter for work due to sinus infection; (3) third, I was told that I did do the test because the doctor prescribed antibiotics, and she would not have prescribed antibiotics without a flu and covid test (which sounds interesting since antibiotics treat bacteria, not viruses). Lastly, I was told to deal directly with Quest or my insurance, as there was nothing they could do. It seems that my last resort is to file a consumer complaint with the attorney general. If you do visit this location, be aware of and careful about the covid/flu test scam."
"The absolute worst. Not even going to mention the five minutes late period. Every appointment I have had here I had to wait no less than 15+ minutes to be seen. The bedside manner of most doctors particularly Prater and Friedland are especially cold. The customer service line tells you one thing. The office staff tell you another. Good luck getting a referral as well. Went in for stomach pain. Had to find my own gastroenterologist to be seen by. Seems like something your doctor should be able to help with. The office is clean an comfortable but other than that the care provided feels factory like. Pack in as many patients as possible. I really wanted to like this place but it is just a bust."
"If you haven't insurance, do not go here. Dr Prater and the medical assistants are awesome, but Juno consistently messes up the billing and I keep getting bills from Quest when in the past with the same insurance other providers have not had this issue. They can continue to not fix this issue and give me the run around and I don't want anyone else to have to experience this the way I did. UPDATE: They responded about uninsured clients, but I AM insured!"
"I really wanted to like Juno because I live so close by and it was convenient for me to get to. However, I've had three visits so far that I was scheduled for that got cancelled within minutes of my appointment. When I did go for my annual physical last year, the claim was submitted wrong and I was charged $300 from my insurance for what should have been a fully covered service due to the wrong coding. I have nothing but great things to say about the doctors and staff, but it's been extremely unpleasant dealing with the last minute cancellations and admin issues."
"Dr. Jillian was great and answered all of my questions! I felt very cared for and I didn't have to feel self conscious about feminine issues / during the women's annual health exam. The nursing assistant with her was also so nice and caring! I felt well cared for in a clean space and nice office."
