"Very unprofessional medical clinic. I didn’t bring my daughter there due to the pandemic but when I finally felt safe to bring her there for checkup the front desk lady said they would not accept my daughter because she’s considered a new patient, and they can’t be our “backup” doctor. The front desk middle aged lady was super rude and unprofessional. They absolutely have no manner and morality. I’ll file a complaint to the NYS Department of Health, the professional medical conduct division."

"Very unprofessional medical clinic. They changed our appointment date without any notice. Even no explanation after we wasted our time and money to take Uber all the way from Staten Island. Rude attitude from workers not understanding my side of the story. Extremely inconsiderate about their patients time. We will be changing to a different clinic and I’ll file a complaint to the NYS Department of Health."

"DO NOT GO HERE!!! The only thing is that the doctors are nice, the nurses, front desk workers, and everyone else are extremely rude. We booked 5 days ago, and then the day before they called us and confirmed the booking, but when we go there they said we have no booking, and blamed US for not calling them the day before. Their attitude towards the customers are horrendous, after we showed proof, they yelled at us and didn’t even apologize. They are also very messy and they almost mistaken me as another one of their patients. You can see the other reviews, no wonder they hv 2.5 stars."
