"I’ve been suffering from adult acne for many years and have yet been able to resolve this issue. I’ve started seeing a functional medicine doctor in NYC who recommended I see her own personal cosmetologist - Natalya at Skin Silk. I’ve been seeing Natalya for facials and laser treatment for over a month now and my experience with her has been wonderful. She is an excellent cosmetologist and a very caring person. In addition to facials and laser treatment, she has also provided me products specifically for my skin and instructions on how to properly clean my face every morning and night. She also checks in on me every day to ensure that I am following the steps properly and to adjust my facial cleansing routine depending on how my skin responds to certain products and/or lifestyle changes. I’ve never worked with a cosmetologist (or even a dermatologist for that matter) who has been more thorough and effective at improving my skin and educating me on how to properly care for my skin on my own. My skin has already started showing major improvements compared to before I started seeing her, and I credit that to her level of care and attention to my individual skin needs. I’m very happy with the results I’ve seen so far and will continue to see her in the future. Highly recommend!"
