"Horrible front desk staff. My mom who does not speak English has been coming to this office for years, she loved Dr. Yung. On her last visit the front staff was busy chitchatting while my mother was asking for help to be signed in because she did not know how to do it on the touch pad. She signaled the staff for help and they kept sending her to different people that send to yet another person. No one took the time to help her. Her appointment that day was an emergency, she was in pain. I am furious tha my they had the audacity to ignore her needs because whatever gossip they were discussing was more important. They were not assisting other patients but just standing there gossiping. If you are someone that has trouble communicating in English I don’t recommend going here. This is not the first time this happens, this was just the last straw. I will be finding another office for my mother. Never coming back here again. If I could give zero stars I would. How can you work in a medical office and ignore the patients needs? Terrible manners, terrible front staff. I am so upset and hurt with how they treated my mother. She deserves better than to be treated as less."

"Tried to schedule dental appointments. The receptionist didn't seem to understand what a referral or fax was. She went to check and put me on hold. 30 minutes later I gave up. I can see why they have the ratings they have. NYU dental affiliates in general have been totally unhelpful. They must not like making money."

"This place is a waste of time and money. I can not believe the doctor lied to my face, not once, but twice. I went in the first time, after hours of trying to provide financial information to know what category of payment I would fall under I finally was able to get x rays done. Once the doctor saw them she explained I needed to get my root canal redone because there was an infection. So they scheduled me for my root canal one or so weeks later. The day of my procedure came and so I went back, this time with all my personal financial documentation, spent another hour at the front desk and at least another half an hour for the doctor. Then once sitting on the chair thinking I’m finally going to get relief, the so called doctor decides that she can not preform my canal. Then she lies to me again and tells me there is a 4pm appointment at the main hospital for a specialist and that they will be able to fix my tooth right away. So I took the entire day off work to make it to that appointment. Once I see the doctor there, I wait for another hour only to get that doctor to say to me that if I wanted to get it fixed the next day I would have to come as a walk in and wait for an availability because they were booked throughout the whole week and that the wait could be of multiple hours. I could not believe what a joke patients are to these people, even those that Fall higher than self pay category, to them it is all charity and do not care for the well being of their paying customers. Save yourself the heartache, the tooth ache and the money spent on trying to get dental care here. Today I will finally see a real specialist, and even though I know I’ll be paying more, I will finally get relief."
