"The office staff refused my request to see the doctor twice already. they simply didn’t want to make the doctor’s appointment at any time! With PA only! I have nothing against PA, but i have a referral to doctor Finuoli. Each time i am talking to the office they make up new rules: you can’t see the doctor on your first visit; you can’t see the doctor if MRI was ordered by PA, you can’t see the doctor because he has a limited availability ( basically never available, i asked for any time at any day). I am wondering if this doctor is even working in this office."

"This review is for the front and back office staff and not the Doctors or medical staff. I called and made and appt. to go see Dr. Finuoli and was given an appt. for 3 or 4 weeks down the line. On my appt. day, I go to office and see the doctor and get a shot, x-ray, etc. and done. A few weeks later I get a bill for full price of all the activities on my appt. day. Called the office and left a message to ask why my bill is so high. Got a call from the office manager (J.) telling me that they do not accept my insurance and I DID NOT let them know that my insurance info had changed. I am sure they deal with a wide spectrum of patients, but you can not treat everyone the same. I have been a patient since 2012 and have always paid my bill on time in full. She is implying that I either lied or purposefully didn't tell them about my change of insurance. I don't even understand the logic of that. I am an adult and been around long enough to know that everytime I call to make an appt. with any dr. office, they do ask you if your insurance has changed. What's the benefit of not telling their office that I have a different coverage!!!??? I asked to talk with the office manager and she told me that she is her and I have no one else to talk to."

"I have been a patient of Branch Orthopedics for over ten years and have had the pleasure of warm and courteous help from the staff. They ALWAYS make en extra effort to accommodate me with my many appointments. I have had Charles Brogan and Dr. Finuoli treat me many times for various surgeries, shots and other treatments and have found them to be excellent! I had a rotator cuff surgery performed by Dr. Chris Moros on 12/12/2019. I've had this type of surgery previously on both shoulders years ago, so I knew what to expect. My expectations were extremely wrong! I did NOT have the pain I had experienced like the two previous surgeries once the blocks wore off. My pain level for the next 2 days was moderate and after 3 days, I did not require anything stronger than Tylenol, extra strength. My range of motion without pain was amazing! I could not believe I was so mobile after such a short amount of convalescing. As of 2 weeks ago, I am pain free and able to do the activities which I did before my injury. Dr. Moros is a wonderful physician who took great interest in me as a patient. He listened to my concerns and gave me options which allowed me to chose the proper treatment. Dr. Moros's surgical skills are very evident when you consider the nature and depth of my procedure in relation to my LACK of pain after only such a short time of recovery. Branch Orthopedics is a wonderful practice and I'm so happy that Dr. Moros is part of this practice! Gratefully, Mitch Losak."

"I dealt solely with Tyler Mannino, PA for my broken hand, and wrist. I can say absolutely that he was excellent. Every time I saw him he treated me respectfully and professionally and at the same time was very warm and endearing. He has a great knowledge and love of what he does. He didn't over order tests and was attuned to what I wanted to do in terms of therapy and modes of healing."
